By creating an account or using NeurosEdge (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NeurosEdge provides an AI-assisted engineering and operations platform. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. New accounts may require administrator approval before activation. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind your organization, if registering on its behalf.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing intellectual property; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or other tenants’ data; or using the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Your data is processed to operate the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit. We isolate tenant data and apply commercially reasonable security measures. See the privacy policy for details on collection, use, and retention.
Paid plans and usage-based charges (including token usage) are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until cancelled.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before relying on it. The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeurosEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
